Terms of Service

1. Overview

sexoMalta is an advertising platform where independent adult individuals and agencies may promote their companionship and time services to consenting adult users. We do not investigate, control or supervise listings placed on this platform. We do not represent advertisers, act as escorts ourselves, forward personal messages, or hold any contact details beyond what each individual profile publicly discloses.

sexoMalta supports Article 23 of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights — that every individual has the right to free choice of employment. We strongly oppose human trafficking and coercion of any kind and will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any such investigation.

2. Definitions

sexoMalta ("the Platform", "we", "us")

The website and services through which Advertisers may list information about themselves and the companionship services they offer.

"Services"

Time spent voluntarily between two consenting adults for which one may receive a gift or monetary donation. Services do not include, and may not be used to facilitate, the direct sale of sexual acts.

"Advertising"

A profile listing purchased by an Advertiser for the promotion of their Services. sexoMalta provides advertising space only and has no other role in any transaction.

"Advertiser"

Any individual or agency that creates a listing on the Platform, whether acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party (with that party's express consent).

"User"

Any person accessing the Platform to browse or interact with Advertiser listings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to access this Platform. By using sexoMalta you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and/or placing Advertising on this Platform is lawful in your country of residence. sexoMalta does not assess the legal appropriateness of its content in every jurisdiction from which it can be accessed.

4. Advertiser Rules

By submitting or maintaining a listing on sexoMalta, Advertisers agree to the following:

• All information, photos and descriptions are a true, accurate and legal representation of the Services offered.
• No individual depicted in or described by any Advertising is under 18 years of age.
• All individuals included in Advertising are acting entirely of their own free will, without coercion of any kind.
• You will not post information on behalf of any individual who has not given their express, freely given consent.
• You will not engage in contact or solicit other Advertisers on the Platform through any channel.
• You will not engage third parties to post fabricated reviews, comments or testimonials.
• Any Advertising that violates these Terms may be terminated immediately without refund.
• You indemnify sexoMalta against any legal action arising from your Advertising.
• sexoMalta makes no representation as to the effectiveness of any Advertising and maximum liability to any Advertiser shall not exceed the cost of the non-delivered Advertising.

5. User Conduct

• Users may not use the Platform to facilitate, arrange or solicit any service that is illegal in Malta or in their country of residence.
• Harassment, threatening communications or abuse directed at Advertisers is strictly prohibited.
• Scraping, data-mining or automated access to the Platform without prior written consent is not permitted.
• sexoMalta accepts no responsibility for any action or decision a User may take subsequent to viewing a listing.

6. Privacy Policy

• We do not sell or share personal information with any commercial third parties.
• No credit card, bank account or Revolut details are ever requested or stored. Payments are processed entirely via cryptocurrency.
• We collect anonymised visitor analytics using standard cookies to improve the Platform.
• Any personally identifiable information collected (e.g. an email address provided voluntarily) is used solely to communicate with you and is never used for marketing without your consent.
• We implement industry-standard HTTPS encryption and conduct regular security audits of the Platform.
• Users may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing [email protected].

7. Payments & Refunds

All bookings on sexoMalta are paid in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Monero or USDC). Cryptocurrency transactions are by their nature irreversible. Please verify all wallet addresses before sending any payment.

A refund in the form of platform credits may be requested within 24 hours of a booking payment if:

• The payment was demonstrably unauthorised or fraudulent.
• The booked service was not delivered through fault of sexoMalta (not the Advertiser).

Advertising credits, once purchased and applied to a listing, are non-refundable. Deleted listings forfeit any remaining premium time.

8. Limitation of Liability

sexoMalta is an advertising platform. We are not party to, and accept no liability for, any agreement, encounter or transaction between an Advertiser and a User. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sexoMalta, its owners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from use of this Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. We recommend all users check this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
